Privacy notice

This notice explains how we handle the personal data of visitors to fullcommerce.hu and of people who contact us. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011.

2. Contact form and email enquiries

When you use the contact form or email us, we process:

• your name
• your email address
• your company name or website (if provided)
• the selected topic and the content of your message

We use this data to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a possible business engagement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

We keep enquiry data for up to one year after the enquiry is closed. If we start working together, contract-related data is kept for the period required by law (8 years for accounting records). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

3. Technical data and security

To prevent abuse, the contact form stores a non-reversible identifier derived from the sender’s IP address for up to two minutes. The website does not store the message itself; it is delivered to us by email.

The website is protected by a security plugin (Wordfence), which may log visitors’ IP addresses and browser details to block attacks. The hosting provider’s server logs also contain this data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies

The website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, so we do not ask for consent for them. Only technical cookies needed for the website to work securely may be stored in your browser.

5. Processors and recipients

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. The following providers process data on our behalf:

• Hosting provider: ELIN.hu Kft. (Profitárhely), Déry T. utca 11. 2/4, 9024 Győr, Hungary, which hosts the website.
• Email provider: Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which receives and stores emails. Any transfer outside the EU relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• have it corrected or deleted,
• restrict its processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format.

7. Complaints

If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, please contact us first. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., 1055 Budapest; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; phone: +36 1 391 1400; naih.hu) or go to court.

8. Effective date

This notice is effective from 23 September 2026. If our data processing changes, we will update this page.
