01 · Advisory and external leadership

Leadership attention
where it is needed.

When directing marketing and commercial operations falls too often on you, I join as an experienced partner: helping set priorities, coordinate work and follow through.

Who it is for

You have an established business.
The next step needs
more leadership capacity.

I primarily work with commerce, e-commerce, brand-owning and distribution businesses that already have a team and the capacity to execute.

  • Work moves in several directions without clear priorities.
  • Marketing and sales operate separately.
  • The owner has to coordinate every important issue.
  • A new growth initiative needs experienced leadership.

What the engagement covers

Specific responsibilities.
Visible progress.

The scope is tailored to your situation. These are the areas an engagement can cover.

Business priorities

We review commercial and marketing work, identify decisions that need attention and agree where resources should go.

Coordinated delivery

Within the agreed scope, I connect management priorities with the work of your team and external partners.

Decisions and follow-through

Regular reviews keep responsibilities, deadlines and agreed business measures visible.

An experienced outside perspective

You have someone to work through an important decision with, challenge an assumption or resolve a stalled issue.

Ongoing advisory

Regular management discussions, decision preparation and an experienced outside perspective.

  • You retain management authority.
  • Business priorities reviewed together.
  • An agreed working cadence.

External leadership involvement

Regular leadership of the agreed area, working with your team and partners.

  • Clear authority and accountability.
  • Coordination of delivery.
  • Regular management reporting.

Questions worth discussing

Do you work as an adviser or as a leader?

Both are possible. As an adviser, I help prepare decisions and provide an outside perspective. In an external leadership role, I also direct work within the agreed area. We define authority and accountability at the start.

What happens to our existing team and agency?

I work with your current team. We review responsibilities, tasks and decision points, then shape the engagement around how your company operates.

How much time will you spend with our company?

That depends on the scope and the level of leadership involvement required. The proposal sets out regular meetings, availability and the work covered.

Do you also manage campaigns day to day?

The focus is strategic and leadership work. Day-to-day execution sits with your internal team or appointed partners, and we define my role around that setup.
